DAEVINCI

Daevinci is an artist who looks closely at the relationships and structures hidden within familiar reality rather than accepting them as fixed. He is drawn to small dislocations within the ordinary, and to the possibilities that can emerge from them.
For him, making art is both an act of creation and a way of seeing the world differently. By observing conditions such as nature and humanity, rules and freedom, technology and relationships, he questions how easily what we call reality can shift into another form.
To construct a single scene, Daevinci moves through the world—searching, waiting, observing, and photographing. Rather than consuming what is in front of him quickly, he gathers the places, moments, and elements he needs over time. This approach makes his practice not simply a process of image-making, but a way of investigating and reconsidering reality itself.
What interests him is not unreality for its own sake, but possibilities that already exist within reality, yet have not been seen.
His work does not begin by escaping reality.
It begins by looking at reality for longer.
